Canna Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp

June is the perfect time to harvest your rhubarb and your strawberries and bake them into this delicious Canna Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp!


3/4 cup of whole wheat flour

2/3 cup plus 1/2 cup coconut sugar

pinch of salt

1/2 cup of old fashioned oats

1/2 cup of hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

1/2 vanilla bean

1 pound of strawberries halved (approx 4 cups)

12 ounces of rhubarb cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces


4 tablespoons of chilled unsalted butter cut into half inch cube pieces

2 tablespoons of cold Cannalife Botanicals Infused Coconut Oil cut into half inch cube pieces

Dosage: 1 Teaspoon of Cannalife Botanicals Coconut Oil= 25 mg THC


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine flour, 2/3 cup of sugar and salt in a medium bowl sized bowl.


Cut in butter and Cannalife Botanicals THC Infused Coconut Oil – Rub in with

finger tips until the mixture clumps.

Mix in oats and nuts.

Grease an 11×17 glass baking dish.

Scrape beans from vanilla into rest of sugar in a large bowl.

Add the strawberry and rhubarb to the sugar mixture and toss so it is evenly coated.

Pour fruit filling into the dish and sprinkle the oat topping over top.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the  filling bubbles.

Let cool, and then enjoy it with a scoop of ice cream!

This crisp will make 12 ( fair size ) portions that will be a low dose of 5-6 mg THC each. You can add more Cannalife Botanicals Infused Coconut Oil in place of butter if a stronger effect is desired. Please use responsibly.
