Cannalife Botanicals Vegan Cocoa Pecan Brownies

Try making your loved one this delicious brownie for Valentine’s Day!

1 cup medium tofu
1 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/3 cup pastry flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup pecans chopped
4 tbsp. of Cannalife Botanicals Infused Olive Oil

(This makes a strong brownie, please do not hesitate to substitute avocado oil for half if you want less medicated)

*Disclaimer: The amount of Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil used will determine dosage, please know your tolerance.

Dosage: 1 Teaspoon of Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil= 20mg THC

4tbsp Canna Oil=240mg THC

Cut into 12 pieces = 20mg THC per piece

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

In a food processor blend tofu, sugar, vanilla cocoa and Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil until smooth and creamy.

In a large bowl sift together the flour and baking powder.

Add the pecans and tofu mixture and mix together gently until just mixed.

If you find batter is to dry simply add a bit of water.

Spoon batter into a lightly greased 8 x 8 cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Test with knife to see if done.

Allow to cool
Makes 12 brownies


1/4 cup margarine
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp. soy milk …
1 tsp. “anything goes” extract …
I used maple in this recipe…. however vanilla, or any flavours you choose will work in this icing for different flavour cakes or brownies.


In a food processor mix together margarine with 1 cup of powdered sugar.Cannalife Vegan Brownie

Add remaining sugar while alternating with milk.

Mix at medium speed until smooth and creamy.

You can also add food colouring for special occasions!!
