This Sauce is very versatile. We have added 3 TBSP of Cannalife Botanicals Infused Olive Oil to 4 cups of final sauce; dosage will depend on amount of sauce used by individual dish and person’s serving.
Recipe yields approx 1000mls sauce which contains 180mg THC
1/4-1/3 cup (60-80mls) = 10-15mg THC
*Disclaimer: The amount of Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil used will determine dosage, please know your tolerance.
1 Teaspoon of Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil= 20mg THC
Ingredients and Directions:
Sauté the the following ingredients in a large frying pan, on medium heat, for 10 minutes
3 tbsp. Cannalife Botanicals olive oil
2 cups finely chopped red onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1-2 tsp. chili garlic sauce (this will be to your desired hotness) I like 2 tsp. 🙂
1 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. fresh shaved turmeric
…Sauté the above on medium heat for 10 minutes
1 tbsp. blue agave syrup
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (vegan option, simply leave out)
2 cups Italian tomatoes
Bring to quick boil. Immediately reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add 2 tsp. fresh shaved horseradish; blend with immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
This sauce is great on wings, or over organic free-range meatballs.
I also love to stuff zucchini or eggplant and bake with sauce in oven for a great vegetarian dinner option!!
