Cannalife Pumpernickel Open Face Panini

We are a big fan of this amazing recipe crafted for us by Tricha!

Buy sliced pumpernickel round loaf for these as they make a great serving size for one slice per person!

The small ends make for great croutons if you chop and toss with oil and toast in oven till crispy.  Add salt and pepper or your favourite spice!!

Brush each side of the sliced pumpernickel bread with .5 tsp of Cannalife Botanicals Infused Olive Oil.
1 tsp per each piece of bread.

**Disclaimer: The amount of Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil used will determine dosage, please know your tolerance.

1 Teaspoon of Cannalife Botanicals Olive Oil= 20mg THC

Lay the bread flat on a nonstick cookie sheet and toast in oven at 325 for 5 minutes.

Flip toast halfway.

Remove toast from the oven.

For this recipe I added the following ingredients:

–  Thin spread of mayo and grainy Dijon mustard.
–   Thinly sliced genoa salami.
–   Finely grated smoked applewood cheddar.
–   Finely chopped roasted red pepper.
–   Finely chopped green onion.
–   Finely grated extra old cheddar.

Place the stacked open faced Panini back on the cookie sheet and put it back in the oven to toast it to desired crispness.  I toasted mine 5 more minutes

Feel free to customize and choose any toppings you wish.
If you desire extra crispy, simply leave it in the oven longer.
