- 1 whole bulb garlic
- 1 pound fresh garden tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 1 white onion
- 4 serrano chiles
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp agave
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
